We start with an audit of your existing activity. This establishes the activity currently being undertaken by the organisation and its relative success.
We rank channels for effectiveness, identify weaknesses and summarise our findings in a written report which gives a clear indication of the relative performance of your current marketing programme and infrastructure.

Here, we diagnose the issues we have identified in the first two phases and then provide our recommendations to overcome them.
These could include improvements to existing activity, infrastructure or resourcing changes, new initiatives or even new propositions. We'll produce a plan which clearly indicates the changes we'd suggest and their relative priority based on a cost / benefit analysis.

We advise and support to help your team successfully implement the recommendations - testing and learning as we go.
All test activity is carefully planned to ensure the findings can be trusted and results are tracked via campaign dashboards.This numbers-first approach will ensure future decisions we make are sound and grounded in 'science'.
OPTIMISE
To monetise learnings and scale
Insights from the implementation phase will enable us to optimise the roll-out of the programme. This is an on-going process.
Normally, we'll work on a retained basis for a minimum 6 month period - monitoring results and suggesting tweaks and changes - to ensure the programme continues to deliver incremental improvements and the business keeps growing.
